Relocation Assistance Administrator RFQ
The Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking proposals for the new role of Relocation Assistance Administrator(s). The selected Administrator(s) will play a crucial role in enhancing the monitoring of current and potential displacement while expanding the safety net and housing resources for families affected by lead exposure.
The new Administrator(s) will join the Coalition’s six other Administrators – CHN Housing Partners, Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, Environmental Health Watch, Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation, Famicos Foundation, and Starting Point – to deliver programs of the Lead Safe Home Fund and help make homes and childcare spaces in Cleveland lead safe. Details about the Administrators and their roles are included in the RFQ.
Pre-Response Conference
A Pre-Response Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, from 9-10 am via Zoom. This session will cover details about the new Administrator role and the RFQ and answer any questions. To attend, please email your name, organization, and contact information to leadsafecleveland@gmail.com by noon on Monday, April 1, to receive the Zoom link.
Submission Deadlines:
All mission-driven organizations are invited to apply. Responses must be submitted electronically in pdf format by Monday, April 15, 2024, to leadsafecleveland@gmail.com. The email’s subject line should read “Statement of Qualifications for Relocation Assistance Administrator.”
