Join us in the fight against lead poisoning at the 4th Annual Lead Walk & Rally presented by the Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition (LSCC).
Over 25% of Cleveland children test positive for lead poisoning before age five (5). As part of National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, the 2024 Lead Walk will gather Cleveland residents and community advocates along with city leaders and officials to raise awareness and promote action designed to prevent lead exposure in our homes and child care centers.
The event will begin at Bethany Baptist Church at 11 AM and end at The New Eastside Market (10505 St Clair Ave). Want to skip the walk but still support the cause? Attend our post-walk rally celebration featuring a prize raffle, free refreshments, and other family-friendly activities.
Free parking will be available at both Bethany Baptist Church (1211 E 105th St, Cleveland) and in various lots around The New Eastside Market.
