United Way is hosting a weekly workshop for Cleveland landlords, a one-stop-shop to learn about resources and topics that may impact them.

Join the Coalition's session, Everything You Need to Know About the Lead Safe Certification. Learn about resources that will be availble to assist property owners with making their properties lead safe, and highlights of the lead safe law will be shared, like the Lead Safe Certification which requires property owners of residential rental units built before 1978 to certify with the Director of Building and Housing their units are lead safe starting March 1, 2021.
