Lead Safe Incentives Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in the Lead Safe Certification Incentive Program. We will accept applications through February 3, 2026.  We anticipate expending all funds before our original deadline of June 30, 2026. Here’s what you need to know: 

• As Environmental Health Watch processes pending awards for payment, property owners will receive notifications to confirm payment of their incentive. If you have already applied, please do not resubmit an application. We have your application and will process it in the order it was received. 
• If funds are available after processing all of the applications, we will work through the interest list until all funds have been depleted.   
• As always, incentives are awarded based on funding availability. 

For any additional rental properties you wish to apply for, please complete and submit a new form with the corresponding property details.
