FREE Property Owner EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Classes

Remediation means fixing a property to make it lead safe! If you are a landlord hoping to complete work on your properties to get them in compliance with Cleveland Lead Safe Ordinance, this U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified training will equip you with skill and knowledge to comply. Please note, landlords/property managers who want to complete work on their own properties, are required by federal law to have this certification. To participate in the class, your properties must be registered and verified with the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Department.
All classes are free, a refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat. If you do not attend the class, your deposit will not be returned. There is limited seating due to COVID-19 safety measures. A mask is required to attend this class. Lunch is on your own.
